Fees and Logistics

Fees include use of all buildings and grounds (except as noted in contract).  Fees are kept as low as possible.  We offer rates for day use only during the week; for weekends running Friday 4:00 PM through Sunday at 2:00 PM.  Camp rates run a minimum of 5 nights.  For other needs or for rates, please send us a message. 

Insurance

Tenants must provide their own comprehensive general liability and property liability  insurance and name the Landlord as additional insured on its coverage for the dates of the event as specified in the Rental Agreement.  Occupancy may not occur until proper documents are received. Campers must have their own medical insurance and are responsible for any and all medical costs incurred as a result of an injury.   (((Short term policies may be purchased for groups without standing policies

MEALS

Most groups prepare meals on site with parent volunteers.  If you would like to arrange with a local food service to provide meals, you may do so outside of camp fees.
